Hello Wynnette, I am interested in BLANCHARD. An aunt Frances Maud WELLS married John Julian BLANCHARD in Sydney 1937 and lived in Drummoyne. At this time that is all I know about him. Maybe his family did come from Vic. I shall look further into it.
