He married in Leichhardt an Elsie BAKER. Frederick's parents were my great-grandparents, Henry GIBBS (son of convict Henry) and Emma SMITH. So looks like a different family. My Isabella REA actually came into Melbourne in Jan 1841 but other than that I know nothing about her background, although I suspect she came from Scotland. She died about 1853.
