I have phoned them for info before (sorry looked up the phone no in the white pages on line) and they were very helpful. 3. Hi Julie Rookwood Cemetery is one of the major cemeteries in Sydney - the listings are not available on line but there is a CD of the headstone transcriptions - if your grandmother doesn't have a headstone then a phone call to the appropriate religious office can ellicit where the grave site is - if you want me to look up the headstones e-mail me direct and I'll find out for you - I live in Syd so a phone call is easy as well Cheers Deb

    3. Hello Maree, A new reference book that I have just published titled 'Australian Family Histories : A Bibliography and Index' includes details of 2 published family history books that mention the family name COADY. No personal names are identified (only family surnames) so there is of course no guarantee that any of these name occurrences are in the line you are researching, but they may be of help. Please e-mail me if you want me to send you details of 'Australian Family Histories'. Regards Ralph Reid

    3. Hi folks I was wondering how I could find details about Rockwood Cemetery in NSW? I have my Great Grandma apparently buried there and would like to find her grave. Is it online? If not does the cemetery have an office/address that I could write to in order to locate the grave. I would then hope to be able to ask someone who lives nearby to scan a photo for me. Please note I do not expect anyone to search for the grave's location I hope to do that first so it makes it easier for them to find it in order to photograph. Any ideas how to find a grave at Rookwood Cemetery wherever Rookwood is? Thanks for reading this and for any help or advice anyone can give me. Have a great day Kind regards Julie from frosty ol' Stanthorpe in QLD!
