    1. Frank Barker decendants
    2. Hi list, I am looking to establish contact with the descendants of Frank Barker. His father is Joseph William Barker who immigrated to Australia about 1884 with his wife Margaret Ann and son Frank. They first lived at Livingstone Road, Marrickville. I found the death certificate for Joseph and his death is registered in Hurstville. He is buried in the Church of England Cemetery in Woronora. Is Woronora in the Sydney area? Any suggestions about how I can establish contact would be appreciated. Helen Alberta, Canada

    3. Hello I've just joined in the hope that someone can help me trace my uncle Frederick John Dauncey. He was born in Greenwich, England on August 17, 1881 but I can't locate him after the 1901 UK Census where he is listed in Greenwich, occupation Corn Porter (I think he worked in the local docks). I've heard, indirectly, that he may have gone to Australia, possibly via South Africa. I'd welcome any information or suggestions. Regards Alan Dauncey

Can find no death or marriage so far for Clarice, and no marriage for either boy. Parents are Ellen Elsie Florence SOMMER and Lionel Burt WARD, m1909. Ellen had a sister Clarice B.E. who married Arthur E. WOODS in 1916 - no children found for them either, and am deducing (from a funeral notice in 1923) that they had none by then, and may never have had any. Ellen also had a brother who married in 1914, had a son Kenneth born 1914, went to war in 1916 and died 1917. Kenneth never married! Did this whole branch die out in one generation? It is looking that way. Carol _________________________________________________________________ Protect your inbox from harmful viruses with new ninemsn Premium. 3. Good evening John and Julie, This a bit late but I am being bombarded with a virus for the past five days, but all clean now. I will be going to Rookwood myself sometime between 3rd August and the 18th August, If you want some help I may be able to help you. By the way if started on a Monday it would probably take you till Friday to see most of the cemetery. A lot of tombstones have crumbled or been damaged by vandalism,on others there were no tombstones only a marker and they have long gone. In the real old sections, there are large areas that have not received any attention for many years. I have also read the replies from Deb and Tracyp Regards, Merv Moore. [email protected] ps I live a 110k's (by road) north of Bundaberg in a little locality called Deepwater. ----- Original Message ----- From: "John and Julie Watt" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, June 21, 2004 9:41 AM Subject: [A-NSW-S] Rookwood Cemetery > Hi folks > I was wondering how I could find details about Rockwood Cemetery in NSW?
