Hi List, I am hoping that somebody may be able to help me. I am interested in information on John Wearin, John was living in the Dapto area from about 1835 onwards, he was married to Harriet Wintle, three of his children Elizabeth 1837, John Jnr 1839 and William 1843 were born in Dapto and baptised at St Lukes. John was a colour sergeant in the 80th regiment in 1839, and was assistant to the superintendant of police in 1843, any help on any of the above would be greatly appreciated.
