Hello Wade Found the following on Lesley Uebel's Wabpage "Claim a Convict": Pinder, James (Pender) "Hindostan"1821 Tried Wakefield 1821 7 years. He has been claimed by somebody so if you go to http://users.bigpond.net.au/convicts/page67.html and click on his name it will take you to the eamil of that claimer.
