The indexes are not in published form (yet??!!) and have been compiled with the view of aiding with my other personal Illawarra research. At the time they were compiled this concentrated on the Shellharbour/ Albion Park/ Jamberoo/Kiama/ Gerringong areas. I have not included the Kiama Court records in this index unless I noticed something missed in the surviving court records. My index to the years 1852-1863 for Kiama Court was published by the Illawarra Family History Group in 1998. I am not sure if they have any copies left. Some of the residents from the northern part of the Shellharbour Municipality may have gone to court in Wollongong so may appear in the index if I picked up a name or place of residence. I am happy to respond to requests for information (within reasonable limits and years) but I do work full time so please be patient. Lorraine
