Do any listers have a connection with the family of: Alexander CLINTON who came to Aus in 1855 with his children Ann, Rebecca, Eliza and Joseph. Both Alexander and his son Joseph died within 10 years or so of arriving but the girls I believe went on to marry. I am a descendant of Eliza who herself had quite a tragic life losing her husband James WILSON very early in a drowning accident at Gerringong and she was left with four young children.
