Hi Colin & Tracie Yes, that what I always did when I used Outlook Express. I'm now using Microsoft Outlook & I don't know whether this is the problem. For example if I clicked on "Reply" to Bob's email posted today this is what I get - I haven't seen the "On behalf of Bob...." before. It doesn't show Bob's email address like it used to. I'm just using this email as an example of what's happening when I click reply. Any thoughts on how I would reply to Bob privately (if I wanted to, that is)?
