And howdy once more Bob. I expect that the Rookwood CDs are probably Society of Australian Genealogist publications, which I believe are based ONLY on what they transcribed from headstones. What I meant, was that there might be other people buried in the plots for whom there is no headstone. Still, it seems that the death certificate for Ann* might be the clincher. Cheers: Ray Ooops: BTW: If anyone has the CDs of the NSW Births, they might be able to look that up for you, to see if it shows any children born to William E and Ann* LESLIGHT, because from memory that gives births up to around 1912 or so, compared with the on-line ones which only go up to 100 years ago. The fact that the inscription on the tombstone says Father and Mother, gives support for your contentions. Good luck with it all. Hi Bob, Ray is absolutely right. I found two people in the same unmarked grave (mother and infant son) with different death dates by going to the Rookwood Anglican Church office. They did a check for me and were able to give me six more family members in unmarked graves from their records. All denominations keep their records at Rookwood so it is worth checking with them as well as looking at a Rookwood CD which is in a lot of libraries. Good luck, Julia in Bulli -----Original Message----- From: aus-nsw-se-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:aus-nsw-se-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Ray Sent: Sunday, 25 March 2007 1:20 AM To: aus-nsw-se@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [NSW-SE] Leslight Marriage And howdy once more Bob.
