I have just found this family of Moffitts. >From the NSW BDM Index: Children of Charles and Mary Moffitt Mary Ann 1875 Herbert William 1877 Ada Sarah 1879 Charles Augustus 1880 Arthur E 1883 Beatrice A.M. 1885 Sidney V. 1887 Theodore M. 1889 the first 7 were registered at Shoalhaven and Theodore was registered at Nowra. In the IGI it has that this Arthur is Arthur Edward. Son of Charles Moffitt and Mary Ann Mitchell. And that he was born in Cambewarra I am looking to prove or disprove this Arthur as my Arthur Edward Moffitt who married Hester Minchin Frankcom (From Brisbane) they had Sadie Elizabeth Moffitt in 1916. I can't find an Arthur Moffitt in the QLD birth index. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
