Hello Col Thanks for your response. I smelt a rat with Richard's parents as although the names I had matched he did not appear as one of the family I was looking at. I agree with your suggested parents and the Reidsdale connection. So you are correct with the statement "More discussion is needed". I'm on it. I have found James John birth (IGI) 1846 Reidsdale NSW. What do you think? I'm still looking for a death for James John and a death location for his son Richard James. Quite an interesting family your CAHILLs.
