I am interested to know from where and how much it will cost and whether it will be worthwhile. Several weeks ago Kathryn advised list she had some historical articles on Australia published in England. I came in hook line and sinker. I paid $15 and most of the "articles" turned out to be tiny little snippets of "news from the diggings" etc and totally useless. I advised her I was disappointed but received no response. This sort of thing can give the net a bad name and people are reluctant to respond in case they get taken for a ride. I would want to see before I bought from this lady again. A William AHERNE ended up here in Picton and I have him in my Surnames Index plus my Court Records Index. So I am interested in this letter to be able to pass it on to descendants as I have quite a few AHERNE researchers listed.
