OK I had another look and maybe there is a connection there, and this is what I have: My g grandfather's parents were William and Eliza Webb, he appeared to be their first child b 1857. Then there was Robert, Ada and George (all born in Berrima). The rest of them, beginning with a Walter E b:1867, were born in Goulburn - no my mistake, the last, Jenny Eliza was born in Sydney in 1876. Do these dates seem plausible? Is your husband a Webb? I have probably left my queries just a bit late - I'm coming over to Goulburn for a bit of a break in the new year, and hoped - still hope to find something out while I'm over - so far I have come only to a blank wall as far as his (my gg parents) parents are concerned.
