Hi everyone After ten long days I finally have my computer back from being repaired. I had intended to add a web page of the location of cemetery inscriptions to the mailing list, but given the current interest I will do it sooner rather than later, actually it is already up in a very basic form. As John Graham has mentioned, most cemeteries have already been transcribed by volunteers from genealogical societies who do need to recover their printing costs and hopefully make a little profit to put back into their organsition so that more resources can be purchased. Most are inexpensive given the amount of information they hold. There are also some available online. What we need is a complete listing of the availability of transcripts for all cemeteries, small and large, in South East New South Wales. It would be great if everyone with current details of transcripts - published, unpublished and online could contact me directly (viv@zipworld.com.au) with details. I have just started tonight with a few that I know of (go to the Mail List pages to have a look). I will add more as soon as I get them or find them. Eventually we should be able to identify any that have been missed.
