    3. Kerry In the western foothills of the Trapitous Mountain Range which is just north/west of the town of Araluen the land was owned by a Felice SALVIA he had 12 lots. Maybe some spelling mistake could have changed "Salvia" to "Sarber"??? Couldn't see any land owned by O'Grady. 3. Hello Kerrie Perhaps it may be spelt incorrectly and it could be picked up on an historic parish map. Have you tried the NSW Land Planning site at http://lpi.nsw.gov.au/maps/pmap/ Try typing in Aruluen and then scan the maps that come up from that. 3. Hello List Members, I have a query about a place or abode. I received a death transcription today for a Mary O'Grady. There was not much info gained from the transcription. She was buried on 14 Aug 1853 and her abode was "Sarber" in the Parish of Araluen, St Vincent, NSW. I am not sure where "Sarber" is located. It is not in any maps that I have looked at. Perhaps it was a gold field? I do know that Araluen is located near Braidwood. If anyone out there knows anything about this place "Sarber" it would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards Kerrie Metcalfe

    2. Joy Richens
    3. Hello, Does anyone by chance know anything about REBECCA MATILDA MOORE born at Gerringong on 12th May 1849? She was 7 years of age when her father died at Jamberoo in 1856, but I've not been able to find her name anywhere else. Did she go to live with relatives, or perhaps take her step father's name of Campbell? I've just about exhausted all my theories. Thanks Joy
