HONEYSETT Notice for a new trial having been made, it was ordered to stand over till next sessions. LUCK v. HUME JAMES for plaintiff. TEMPLETON for defendant. This was an action for £37 12s 6d., amount on cartage of timber. Defendant declined paying on account of W WILTON claiming the amount, he having a mortgage on the teams.
