Hi Listers, I found this in the Sydney Morning Herald ? Sept 1834. Eighty Acres of Land situated in the county of Cumberland in the Parish of Londonderry, bounded on the north by a line west 60 chains, commencing at Cupit's south east corner, on the west by a line south 28 chains; on the south by a line east 50 chains, and on the east by the South Creek, being land promised to Bernard Williams, and now granted to the said Bernard Williams, in accordance with a Report No 58, made on the 30th day of June 1834 by the Commissioner under the Act of the Colony Legislations, 4th William . also one hundred acres ajoining above.
