Oh, and further to my previous msg: If the problem is the way all these msgs can clog up your inbox (and I can relate), I've solved this problem by creating a special 'Family History Lists' folder and instructing Outlook Express 6 to forward mail from the subject line of various lists to a particular sub-folder. This is a great facility, you can view the messages when you have the time to read them - and various lists don't get mixed up! Even further, if we all use the same subject line for each topic, we can sort on 'subject' and see how the conversation is going. I don't know if there's an easier way, if you know of one please send a msg to the List for all to see... ;) Marlene
