Dear List, l have recently received a death certificate for John BAINES who died at Warwick Farm Nr. Liverpool 26th June 1890. Buried St. Luke's Liverpool. On the certificate the info was as follows : Informant was J. BAINES adopted son, also of Warwick Farm. Issue from marriage to Ann MORN was three males living. The marriage and three male births do not appear to have been registered in any State. Q. How would l find out what was on the headstone. Q. Are there Parish Registers for NSW as is the case in England. Q. Is St Luke's Liverpool C of E still standing, as l have searched the net but can find no trace of it. Q. How would l find out about the adopted son. Regards Sue Adamson Far North Queensland
