I was wondering if anyone knew where these HARMANs originated from. I am researching my Harman ancestors in Victoria whom originally came form Cambridgeshire Kind Regards Merron

    3. Hi Hazel, Thanks for your input. :-) These men you mention were son and grandson of the original Grafton HARMANs - William HARMAN and his wife Elizabeth Haddy GLINN, my 2xG Grandparents. I wonder, do you know if there are any HARMAN descendants in Grafton today? Regards Pam An Aussie transplanted to Rotorua, NZ. 3. Hi Merron, I have HARMANs who were Grafton pioneers, arriving there in late 1850s (after swimming in from England) - are these the ones you refer to? If so, they came from Deptford, Kent.
