I am searching for any information about the Long family known to have lived in the Coffs Harbour area, possibly around Coramba before the First World War. I have only the Christian names of the children as they were known to a nine-year-old at the time: Arthur, Aubrey, Charlie, ?Essie and another unnamed. Arthur subsequently married Eva Farrance of Sydney and settled on the Nambucca first in bananas then in a motor garage. They had one son Billy. There was an A. Long (Driver) of Coffs Harbour on the casualty list when the Hospital Ship Centaur was sunk in 1943. May or may not be the same family. Any help much appreciated Jan Thomas on the banks of the beautiful Hawkesbury River
