    3. Hello all I have been following this topic, Last week I went to my Local Studies Centre at the library and in the course of the day photocopied several pages of both the QLD and the NSW Pioneer BMD Index from M/Fiche. On each page of the NSW BMD it states - Copywright 1993 The Crown On each page of the QLD BMD it states - Copywright - The State Of Queensland 1997 However both request you to ;- NSW - Please quote EVENT, REGISTRATION YEAR & NUMBER of VOLUME REFERENCE when ordering certificates. QLD - PLEASE QUOTE FULL NAME, EVENT AND REGISTRATION NO WHEN ORDERING CERTIFICATES. I am no solicitor, but I consider that when anyone is replying to a lookup request, they include the words "To assist you When ordering certificates.............." They are complying with copywright.
