I was wondering if anyone out there has access to GRAFTON NEWSPAPERS that may be able to help me please. I have tried to access them twice at the State Library with no luck. What I am trying to find is an OBITUARY, DEATH NOTICE or NEWSPAPER REPORT around the 8th DECEMBER 1956 on the death of a CECIL BADEN POWELL MILLS (supposedly in a public toilet in Grafton!! - I don't know how accurate that information is!!)
