Hi List, I am researching the family of Mark HANCOCK & his wife Isabella HANNAM. Mark is recorded in one reference as living at what is now called Mobbs Bay (South Ballina) at about 1854. It would have had to be between 1857 & 1860. In 1861 he purchased a property at Kilgin, near Woodburn. Does anyone have access to any references on pioneers or school centenaries etc that may refer to the Hancocks in these places after 1857? I would be very interested in any reference to Hancocks at Kilgin. Mark had 3 sons who were prolific breeders. I am particularly interested in any found at Kilgin, Woodburn, Germans Creek, Pimlico, Empire Vale or Ballina. I am also interested in those a liitle further afield.
