Looking for descendants of the John Hindmarsh, John McLeod and James Black who blazed the trail across the Nightcap Range in 1871. Murwillumbah Historical Society is re-enacting with a trail ride over the Nightcaps on 4, 5, 6 May 2001 as a Federation Project and is particularly interested in trying to find any descendants still living on the Tweed.
