Hello, Could SKS please tell me where I could locate a copy of the Murwillumbah dated May 1928? I would also like to check a copy of the same newspaper dated April 1949 and also The Northern Star for the same period. Is it possible to get photo copies of articles from these papers? Thanks Joy

Dear Joy, All micro films of newspapers are avaliable at you local library through Inter Library Resource Sharing from the National Library in Canberra. The Daily News newspaper published in Murwillumbah is available on micro film, at least for the time frame October 1946 to December 1968. (and other time frames) The Northern Star published in Lismore is available on micro film from 1916 to 1968. (and other time frames) Some libraries charge for this service while others are free.
