On NSWBDM I found the following birth, would have to purchase cert to be sure: reg. 9104/1860 BAILEY WILLIAM father - no mention, Mother ELIZABETH born MORPETH Morpeth is near Maitland. This birth would fit if William died aged 71, BDM list the death of a William Bailey 1931 in Grafton aged 71, no parents mentioned. There is information on Rootsweb regarding Sarah, but only mentions she married William Bailey, more her family than his.
