Dear List, I am updating all my Fogarty and related family histories and am interested if anybody is researching or has information on the following: a. Thomas POWER was born in 1841 in Mullinavat, Kilkenny, Ireland. There are two deaths of a Thomas Power, with parents Patrick and Margaret listed on the NSW BDM site, these are Thomas P, 1898, Bourke and Thomas F 1913, Balmain. There are also two marriages listed for a Thomas Power in the Tamworth area, one to Mary GALVIN in 1881 and one to Mary McCAFFREY in 1874 b. John POWER was born in 1843 in Mullinavat, Kilkenny, Ireland. There are two marriages on the NSW BDM site that may be this John. One to Sophia HARTLEY in 1875 in Tamworth and one to Rosanna WOODS in Maitland in 1861. There is one death of a John Power, parents unknown in Warialda in 1898 that may be a possibility. c. Hannah POWER was born in 1845 in Mullinavat, Kilkenny, Ireland. Given there is an Annie who was witness to the marriage of John Fogarty to Mary Power in 1863, Hannah may have been known by that name. There is a marriage of an Annie Power to Samuel G.L PRYKE in Tamworth in 1866 that is a possibility. Regards, Carol Dale
