Hi Bill Maybe this is one more spanner as there is a Duck creek very near Parramatta also :-) Dont recall it being a location name but anythings possible . It runs through Auburn Botanic Gardens thru to the Parramatta river just west of the Silverwater Bridge > Yet another spanner is a birth registered in December for a John Cugley and Catherine, appears he did not waste time, this is also recorded in Parramatta but this time Parish of St James.
