Dear Listers When a message have already been answered , and you want to add your 2 bobs worth please take a second to so's time when you hit the reply key to see just who this reply is going to ! If you dont change it your reply will go to the person who has already replied or forwarded the message , not to the instigator of the info/query . While I have the soap box out . PLEASE edit your replies . Some of these can get very long if you all keep adding emails on top of emails and get lots of >> When replying to the person and the list , hit reply and leave the instigators email address in place . You just need to leave a little bit of the first message in place just to keep the thread of the 'conversation' and type in your reply If someone looks up something for you a short Thanks note is great and a line or two in place of the previous email helps alot so that the looker upper knows what they are being thanks for !
