The outback Burials Project team is currently researching and photographing lone and isolated graves, particulary in the Walgett shire and Western area of NSW. Some burials have been identified as having taken place on district properties. These are being investagated and where possible photos taken. Unfortunately time has taken its toll and often no evedence now exists of these historic and family sights. We would be delighted to hear from any persons with knowledge of any isolated graves, or any who have ancestors whose last resting place is on a property.
