Hi Charlotte Yep, had been doing that, got through the Births and Deaths, but when I tried the Marriages, it refused to let me enter any dates at all. (actually I search in 9 yr batches) Have since rebooted, and it seems to have fixed the problem just wondered if anyone else had had the same problem...it is a new one for me. Was just curious......if I have to reboot..so be it....!!! With the Gremlins that live within my PC want to behave this way...fine!!!.......lol Thanks for for your reply. <<<I've never had this problem but it's worth remembering you can only search in 10 year batches - and births can only be searched up to 1945.
