How good to have bricks and mortar still standing in the town, why not contact the current owners? One would think that a theatre restaurant would want to know some of the history of the place. Maybe like a copy of the will? Just maybe they can point you towards the original deeds and show who to / when Great-Grand Aunt Dinah sold etc the building.
