    3. Hi MargM Thank you for the reference to Joseph's will, we will look into it further. This link was kindly sent to me by Glynis. http://www.auntymollys.com.au/bakehouse_history.htm <Then in 1894 it was bought by Henry Frost who was a baker by trade and we believe built the Bake House. After it was transferred to his daughter-in-law Dinah Frost in 1897, she, we surmise ran the business until leasing it to William and Mina Walker (the grandparents of Joy Percival) in 1899.> Considering that Joseph died in March 1895 at the age of 87 years, it seems to be a very short time period in which this happened.
