Hi John, Thank you for yor reply. I haven't all my info together yet but Alfred & Minnie Rose was my partners great grandparents. His grandparents were Alfred John Presland & Dorothy Bowd & his father is Alfred Maxwell Presland. There must have been an Alfred in every family. Lyn
