This might be just OK for private email but NBG for mailing list mail . Suggest you try Mailwasher ........ That way you have complete control on what you down load into your computers mail boxes . You can read but computers can only recognise commands and thats not 100% perfect with any SPAM email . My ISP has a pretty good anti SPAM set up but some still get through .
