Hi again Maria There are some basic records at the NSW State Archives on Rookwood Asylum: "g. Rookwood Asylum (see also Section a and Lidcombe State Hospital and Home for later records) 1. Registers of admissions and discharges, 28 Dec 1903-1 Sep 1928, CGS 4972 (6/4727-34; microfilm copy SR Reels 1714-1719). 8 vols. In September 1927 Rookwood Asylum became Lidcombe State Hospital and Home. These registers appear to be the only surviving records of this institution. The registers record, on the left hand pages - name, age, date of admission, total, remarks; and on the right hand pages - name, age, date of admission, date of discharge, total, remarks.
