    3. I am looking for a photograph of the church which was near the Wesleyan Cemetery at Oswald. It was demolished but I understand it was still there in the early 1940's. My Harman/Lane/Hawkins families are all b uried there. Regards Victor Moymow

Hi John and Kieth, Try to locate the Methodist Church Archives,you might get lucky,years ago I got a diary entry from them on someone connected with the subject church. the details have long gone from my records. Hello List, I would like to hear from anyone researching the family of John (1866-1928) & Barbara Apthorpe, nee Wheatley (1868-1942) they lived in the Kurri Kurri/Cessnock/West Maitland area and had 6 children: William 1891; Alma 1893; Reginald 1895; Henry 1899; Alice 1901; Hedley 1907.
