Hi Jan My Method: I open a WORD file, then copy and paste any snippets on a related topic into it. I edit out any unnecessary bits, then Save the file with my other Word documents about genealogy but with a suitably descriptive name. e.g. Hunter-Historical.doc Then delete messages you have copied so they don't clog your Inbox.
