    3. Dear Fay, Rod and Wendy GOW have indexed a lot of information from that area. Some, if not all is on the internet so try google by their name. Each holder of a Liquor License had, and still does, renew it annually. About August their is a list in the Government Gazette naming every licence holder and the name of their outlet. Wine and Spirits I believe is a different licence to that for beer. Look on www.records.nsw.gov.au under Publican. I know there is a help sheet which they call Archives in Brief on the subject. While on that site look for the name of your person, because anyone who left an estate is listed there. You could well find he has a Probate Packet. For more information on them on that site look under Probate. There is also an AIB on that subject too.
