A new book has recently been put up on Ancestry.com.au website: The New South Wales Calendar and General Post Office Directory, 1832 Of interest is the way in which it describes who owns/occupies what land, what the property is called and any other interesting info. It lists these things by following either roads or rivers and basically just describing where people are along these routes. It covers the whole of NSW that was inhabited by white settlers at the time, including the Newcastle, Port Stephens, Hunter Valley and Manning Valley areas.
