In my family one of the 1/2 sister's witness dad signiture and was listed in the will.as well We could of said no but solicitor advised that the other 2 sister's were all included in the same way, and they would get the money and then could give her, her's back. so was advised to let it go. 2002 but we can contest the will when the stepmother pass on.
