There is nothing to prevent a beneficiary being the executor of a will. It happens regularly. It also makes sense that someone with the rather unusual name of Tichbourne (this is a name derived from a place - probably the village of Tichborne in Hampshire near Winchester) would prefer to use his second name or indeed his father's name. So I would go with John T HANNAH who married May Edith WANT at Mclean being the same person as Tichbourne Thomas HANNAH. In addition, John HANNAH b. 1894 would not be marrying at the age of 13! Grafton and Mclean are quite close to each other on the lower Clarence river. -- ==== Michael Lightfoot Canberra, Australia michael.lightfoot@pcug.org.au ====
