Do you have a copy of the will? That should confirm the relationship between Edith and Tichborne/John If you don't you could check the NSW state records for a probate package though not all cases seem to have been stored there. I was recently looking for probate/insolvency records and I found them in the lawyers office in Dungog where they were dealt with more than 80 years ago. Lisa
