Hi Carol I have just re-checked the Colonial Secretary Index to Land Grants and Leases Cumberland and Elsewhere 1792-1865 and the only Swan is William at Bankstown. I checked the Col Sec Papers 1788-1825 and your man is there as having land but he is not listed.
