Go to the e-resources page http://www.nla.gov.au/app/eresources/ Login with your reader card (Apply online through the login box if you don't have one - it was a long time ago but I think they sent it to me very quickly. You have to live in Australia & give them an Australian address.) You can then access the licensed resources.
