Details as follows: Myra advises that her uncle Tom Sweeney married Lizzie Conn. He was the son of Elizabeth Therese and John Sweeney, and was born on 13.9.03 and died on 20.2.1995. On checking this information I found the following: Thomas J Sweeney born 1904 parents John and Elizabeth at Newcastle ref 34865 John Sweeney and Elizabeth Phillips married 1894, registered at Wickham ref 7375 John Sweeney died 1945 parents John Sweeney and Elizabeth Theresa at Mayfield ref 26112 Again any help would be appreciated. Was Tom Sweeney who married her aunt, connected to the family of Thomas Sweeney and Mary Gillespie? Their daughter Bridget is her great grandmother. ANNE
