Hello Diane, Very interested in Windermere and Wollombi. The Kauter family, Herman Kauter and wife Catharina Korb, Christian Kauter and wife Gertrude settled in Lochinvar, were located in Windermere, Oswald Lane, etc. A sister, Catharine Kauter married Johann Naeglien and migrated in 1849 on "Parland", assigned to Jones was also in the area. They all had large families, who married into Idstein, Hickey, Boland, as well as many others. Irene
