Hi Diane & List, Just want to thank Di for her "weak" moment regarding the Windsor returns as at 1/1/1885! My mind just boggles with the variety of information that has been meticulously kept over time for us to look at in this era. Looking forward 100 - 200 yrs from now, I wonder what sort of information would be available to our grandchildren and grandchildren about us - our current generation. Given the strict privacy legislation provisions now, I can just imagine getting volumes of information as we do now between 1800 - 1970 or so, and then a "blank response" frm 1970 onwards! At least those of us with an interest in family history will do the right thing and provide our families with legacies of knowledge (in my case, that will be ALL they will be getting!! LOL)!
